Resume

I am a 2024 Master's alumna of Harvard University's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and a 2022 Bachelors alumna of Marist College's School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. At Harvard, I developed my professional skills through rigorus course, real-world projects, and health-centric research. At Marist, I was inducted into the national mathematics honor society Pi Mu Epsilon and the national honor society Alpha Chi.

During my first semester, I began as the 3D Printing Specalist in the 3D Printing Core within the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. I worked part-time with the talented lab administrator to support research efforts inside SEAS and with external partners. I continued this work for the entirety of my time at Harvard.

Throughout the summer leading up to my second and final year I started as a Student Researcher at Google Research working in fairness within Responsible AI, where I was kept on until my graduation in May 2024. While I may be unable to divulge the details of my project, it is best described as a full-stack research experience. I am incredibly greatful to have spent so much time with my team, who granted me opportunities to attend NeurIPS and speak about my work on many occassions.

Just before half-way through my Masters, I joined Veritas AI as a Section Mentor. I worked contract sessions that either ran 1 session per week for 10 weeks or 5 sessions a week for 2 weeks. In this program, I was on a small team of expert staff teaching modern technical and philosophical foundations of Data Science and ML to high school students.

Daily Life

Being Active

I really enjoy being active. When I was younger, I was a competition Olympic Recurve archer in the Junior Olympic Training Program (JOAD). Unfortunately, indoor ranges to practice at outside of New Hampshire are few and far between. Coupled with equipment expenses, I haven't done this in quite a while. I still try to keep my muscles trained for when I get a chance to return to it. For years, I've been into weightlifting. Functional strength both keeps me healthy and lets me help out friends and family during moves. Extra time to listen to music isn't bad either! Some of my friends introduced me to rock climbing because of this, and I found bouldering to be super fun. It's a full-body workout doubled with a puzzle! My cardio was really bad after I got COVID the first time in 2020. With my academic load becoming lighter in my last semester, I got really into running to make my cardiovascular system healthier. I figured how to properly pace myself and do zone-training. Paired with a good playlist or video, it became super fun! I've run a couple races so far and have started training for a half marathon.

Sci-Fi & Sci-Non-Fi

I love sci-fi and anything involving space travel. Most of my books and favorite media are fiction. I still dream of going to space some day. Even though I'm a Data Scientist by training, I'm interested in supporting mech-e work for space travel, prosthetics, cars, and otherwise.
